Hi I am Roland I’ve been in the business for over 40 years working with everyone from The Queen to Queen on every aspect of outside broadcasting and post production at a senior level. You can find out more about me on my profile.
I have been invited by Kieron to facilitate and chair the panels at BVE 2010, 16th – 18th February and the five panel discussions. I plan in the months leading up to the show to use this blog to begin the debate…so do take part and give me your thoughts on the matters which you would like debated by the panels and attendees at Earls Court 2. It is all about you and what you need to do your job better in the future as we all seek excellence in Content Creation and distribution. |
To get the ball rolling the five panels will cover the all aspects of production…acquisition to delivery.
The Panel Sessions:
1. ‘Light and Sound to Files’ - software based production.
2. ‘Working in the Clouds’ - collaborative production.
3. ‘Everlasting Content’ - maintaining Content IPR value in archive.
4. ‘'EZTV @ 1080p' - the path to future standards 1080p50 - 3D - etc.
5. ‘Digital Cinema LIVE’ - exploring the future opportunities at a screen near you!
The Panellists:
