If you have not received your badge prior to the show, don't worry. You will be sent an e-ticket that you can bring along and scan on arrival to print your badge off. Please note that you will not be required to re-register. [back to top] All visitors, including students must be over 18 years of age. Students, individuals or groups, will only be admitted to the show from mid-day on Thursday 18th February. Only media / TV technology students will be admitted. Proof of age and course will be required on entry. All students, including those that are part of a group, must register online at www.theproductionshow.co.uk Please ensure that 'Student' is mentioned as a Job Title and each individual will then be emailed their own e-badge for entry into the event. [back to top] VCM Events, the organisers of Broadcast Video Expo and The Production Show, reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or persons, whose presence (in the opinion of the organisers) will not be of benefit to other visitors/exhibitors. Any visitors who attend Broadcast Video Expo or The Production Show with the intention of procuring 'customers', who attempt to sell their products or services, without taking exhibition space or participating in a financial arrangement with the organisers will be asked to leave. We are unable to admit anyone under 18 years of age. All students must be over 18 years of age and on a Media Technology course. Proof of age and college course will be requested. It is a condition of entry that all visitors must co-operate with the security team. ALL bags are liable to security searches. If you wish to bring in any equipment i.e. laptops, cameras these must be registered at the Information Desk. Please retain receipts for any equipment purchased, as proof of purchase will be required when leaving the event. Name badges must be worn at all times. Filming/photography is not permitted unless prior consent has been obtained from the organisers. [back to top] Earls Court 2 has direct wheelchair access on the ground level. Oversized wheelchairs and electric scooter users should make themselves known to a member of staff prior to entering the building. Manual Wheelchair Loan Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at both venues, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7370 8818 for Earls Court and 020 7598 2411 for Olympia. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Please state whether you will be arriving at Earls Court 1 or Earls Court 2. Parking You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as there are limited bays within close proximity to the halls.
