Vocas launches DSLR product range
Now available from exclusive UK/Ireland distributor Pyser-SGI Limited - a new
range of Vocas products specifically for the growing number of Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) style cameras available providing HD quality performance.
Featuring Vocas’ renowned build quality and ergonomic design, the new versatile DSLR system is based on a 15 mm Rail Support system and includes a Shoulder Support, Offset Bracket and 15/19 mm Handgrip Set.

The new Vocas versatile DSLR product range is based on a 15 mm Rail Support system.

Vocas 15 mm Rail Support is compatible with most DSLR style cameras.
The Vocas 15 mm Rail Support provides a very stable platform that can be mounted under the camera for attaching various 15 mm accessories, and is compatible with most DSLR style cameras.

The support includes a balance plate attachment, allowing the user to position the camera on its centre of gravity when mounting it on its tripod. The Vocas Quick-Lock system ensures fast and easy release of the 15 mm rails to allow rapid changes for different set ups.
Because the 15 mm Rail Support is a standard in the DV and broadcast camera market there are several Vocas compatible accessories available, such as compact matteboxes and follow focus equipment.

Vocas 15 mm Shoulder Support provides good operator comfort, even with heavy cameras. The Vocas 15 mm Shoulder Support attaches direct to the rear of standard 15 mm rails and features a thick rubber pad and angular adjustment to allow even a heavy camera setup to rest comfortably on the operator’s shoulder.
The support has attachment points at the back for battery holders or counter weights.

Vocas 15 mm Offset Bracket – for use with 15 mm Shoulder Support
Specifically made for the Vocas 15 mm Shoulder Support, the 15 mm Offset Bracket is designed to move the support more towards the side of the camera – particularly useful for cameras with a centrally placed viewfinder such as DSLR types.

Vocas 15/19 mm Handgrip Set (with two Handgrips) – for optimal ergonomic setup

Featuring padded real leather hand grips, the Vocas 15/19 mm Handgrips fit on both 15 mm and 19 mm rails and are ideal for use with the Shoulder Support. They can be rotated and tilted to assume the ideal position for any operating situation.
Moreover, by employing the Vocas Quick-Lock system the hand grips can easily be moved along the rails to position them at the best distance for the camera operator – providing optimal ergonomic setup.
